NET does not have a scattergun approach to tendering for new contracts. We are diligent in our appraisals and we will only tender for work which we are confident, and know, we can deliver and genuinely add value.
We will not over commit nor will we place existing contracts at risk.
We adopt an open and honest approach with the attitude at all levels to 'do whatever is necessary to get the job done'.
A dedicated database is set up for all contracts and projects undertaken by NET which enables us to monitor progress and any untoward trends against each main and sub-main milestone. In turn this enables us to mitigate any risks and issues before they have any impact on timescales.
All work is carried out within specified client and health & safety guidelines and we have a high quality, cost conscious approach.
